Steve Schlenker Non Executive Director
Steve Schlenker has more than 17 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience. Steve serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for DN Capital. Prior to co-founding DN Capital, Steve was chief investment officer for SUN Technology Investors, and prior to SUN was with Interlaken Capital. Selected technology investments include Cyberview Technologies (AIM: CYBV), Datanomic, Digital Chocolate, Endeca Technologies, IGA Worldwide, Lagan Technologies, PlanetAll (sold to Amazon), PlasmaNet.
Steve received a BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of Finance with dual concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, and an MBA, with high distinction, from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
Steve Allen Executive Director
Stephen Allen has over 30 years' experience in enterprise software, computer networks, systems integration and performance optimisation software, in both the public and private sectors. From 2003-06 he was Senior Vice President International Operations of Witness Systems, successfully re-structuring that company's Asia-Pacific operations with the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions (EMEA) to create a single international territory. Prior to that, Stephen was Senior Vice President, EMEA of BEA Systems Inc a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software, with whom he spent over 7 years, seeing the company grow from zero to over $1 billion of revenues. He had previously held positions of SVP International for Walker Interactive Systems, and senior sales management roles at McCormack and Dodge, both Enterprise Financial Solutions providers.
Since 2005 Stephen has worked as a NED and private consultant for both listed and private businesses. Until 2007 Stephen was Non Executive Director of Atlantic Global PLC the AIM listed specialist developer of business and resource management software applications. Since February 2008 Stephen has been a NED for IPPLus PLC, which is a British company based in Ipswich. The company runs three distinct divisions: Ansaback, a 24/7 bureau contact centre operation, CallScripter, a software house producing software tools for the contact centre industry and IP3 Telecom a Network Solution provider.
Stephen Allen is currently also a director of Charterist Investments Ltd, Steann Management Ltd, Sabre Ventures Ltd and Sabre Growth Ltd.
Tom Bradley Non Executive Director
Tom Bradley has been active in the UK venture capital market for ten years. Tom joined DN Capital in 2009 from DFJ Spirit where he was a founding partner.
Tom has invested in a variety of technology and communications businesses including LOVEFiLM.com (Europe's leading provider of online DVD rentals and movie downloads), the buyout of NetEconomy (a provider of software for financial institutions subsequently sold to Fiserv Inc), DisplayLink (a provider of technologies enabling the next generation of displays) and VirtualLogix (virtualization software for mobile devices).
Tom has also served as a director and advisor to a variety of technology businesses including Clearswift, Callserve (sold to Vyke Communications), Volantis Systems, Picsel Technologies and Picofun (sold to Aspiro AB).
Tom is a graduate of Oxford University.
Crispin Quail FCA Group CFO
Crispin has 20 years experience as a CFO of global service businesses, both public and private, including technology outsourced services, with a proven track record of change management and managing fast growth internationally.
Prior to Target 250, Crispin was Group CFO of Patersons, a growth equity funded global "SaaS" business providing payroll and HR services on an outsourced basis on its own proprietary ERP platform.
Previously, Crispin was Group CFO for 11 years at Watermark Group Plc, a global support services group, fully listed on the London Stock Exchange and for 7 years, CFO of Manos Holidays, a UK travel operator.
Crispin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having trained with PKF in London, and has a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of London.
