Senior Sales Executive: Job Description

The company has marked itself out from the competition by taking a strong stance on ‘pay for performance’, believing that the right way to do business is to pay for results…and it has worked. Our client base is predominantly in the technology space and included companies like Google and Microsoft.
Recently backed by venture capitalists, the business is focused on growth and is looking for Senior Strategic Sales partners to help lead the business in this next stage. The role will report directly to the SVP Sales EMEA.
The Proposition
Essentially Target 250 helps Sales and Marketing Heads, MD/VP/CEOs in large corporations to better manage their sales pipelines and better understand the buying decisions of their customers. We do this by unearthing critical information about the purchasing process, booking qualified meetings with the right prospects in the right companies and ultimately reducing the overall length of our client’s sales cycles.
To be successful selling this proposition, you need to have the following experience and skills:
- Strong solution selling background in a business to business environment
- Be able to build a logical business case as to why your client should buy from you and pitch this to C-level clients (Ideally Sales/Marketing Heads in IT/Telecoms sector)
- Comfortable collaborating with channel partners and working with delivery colleagues to ensure the smooth transition from deal close to implementation
- Cross selling and up selling of additional products across accounts.
