Christiane Wuillamie Executive Chairman & Global CEO
Christiane Wuillamie has over 20 years of management and leadership experience in technology companies. She has a rare ability to shape and deliver innovative IT services solutions that add real commercial value, is an expert team builder, relationship manager and marketing professional.
Ms Wuillamie founded CWB Systems, a leading provider of IT solutions to the financial markets with offices in London and New York. Under her leadership CWB grew 100% year on year and established a high profile reputation in the financial services market. CWB garnered numerous business awards, including a spot on the Virgin/Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in 1999 and climbed to 20th place in the Virgin/Times Fast Track 100 Profit Awards in 2000. In 2001 she successfully negotiated a trade sale to Thales.
Ms Wuillamie has also achieved recognition for her leadership skills, being a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and a finalist for the 1999 Veuve Cliquot London Business Woman of the Year. She is fluent in English, French, Vietnamese; conversational in German and Spanish.
Crispin Quail FCA Group CFO
Crispin has 20 years experience as a CFO of global service businesses, both public and private, including technology outsourced services, with a proven track record of change management and managing fast growth internationally.
Prior to Target 250, Crispin was Group CFO of Patersons, a growth equity funded global "SaaS" business providing payroll and HR services on an outsourced basis on its own proprietary ERP platform.
Previously, Crispin was Group CFO for 11 years at Watermark Group Plc, a global support services group, fully listed on the London Stock Exchange and for 7 years, CFO of Manos Holidays, a UK travel operator.
Crispin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having trained with PKF in London, and has a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of London.
Jo Andrews Director, Business Performance
Jo is currently responsible for the performance of the sales function in Target 250 and has over 20 years experience in a variety of sales leadership positions.
Jo started her career in Financial Services sales and has worked for a number of global brands, the past 10 years with 2 major blue chip companies - GE and American Express. Prior to Target 250 Jo was working as Director, Business Performance at American Express where she was responsible for the effectiveness of sales people and sales operations across the EMEA region.
Jo is particularly experienced in the areas of sales targeting and incentives, performance management and training.
Joe Patterson VP EMEA Sales
Starting his career in New York, Joe had a brief stint in Commercial Real Estate before joining a NYC hedge fund where he traded equities and derivatives for NY Securities' proprietary trading group.
After time on Wall St., Joe opened, ran and subsequently sold a mortgage company that was based in North New Jersey. With the desire to get back into Sales, he joined Bloomberg LLC in New York City where he was Sales Director in their newly formed Bloomberg Law Division. Joe's remit at Bloomberg covered Canada, the Caribbean, NYC and the South East of America.
He left Bloomberg for the opportunity to run the European business development team out of London for The NewsMarket, a global technology platform that acted as a conduit between global brands and the media.
Joe is a graduate of Williams College in Massachusetts.
Matt Sullivan VP North American Sales
Matt has over 14 years of BPO and technology sales experience, ranging from demand creation providers such as Frontline Selling to large technology distributors such as Access Distribution (now Avnet) and Agilysys (now Arrow).
Matt’s ability to create mutually profitable relationships has allowed him to create strategic partnerships with companies such as VMware, Oracle, RIM, CDW, Software Spectrum, GTSI, and Insight—designing profitable service offerings to enable large, multi-year agreements. Matt has also built strategic new vendor initiatives for software manufacturers, including IBM, Oracle, and BEA Systems.
Prior to Access Distribution and Agilysys, Matt was a sales executive for remote sensing and visualisation software maker ITT. He also held account management positions with GE. Matt holds a degree in Business from Ohio University.
Mike Wilson Head of Technology
Originally trained in accountancy, Michael returned to University to read for an Information Technology and Systems degree at the age of 25.
After graduation, Michael joined Anite Plc, a UK software and consultancy business, as a System and Business consultant, and later as the manager for the Professional Services Team.
Joining XL Leisure Group in 2004 to head up Commercial IT, Michael steered the business through a period of major expansion and overhaul of its technology. In 2008 Michael moved to MDA Hub as the General Manager. MDA Hub provides technology services to Local and Central Government.
